What to expect

What time are your services? We have both a traditional and a praise service. Our traditional service starts every Sunday morning at 9:00 in our historic sanctuary, and our Elevate service begins at 10:30 in our multi-purpose hall.

What should I wear? Clothes. We are much more concerned about what’s going on inside of a person, than what they are wearing on the outside. Come as you are.

What's the music like? At Elevate, our live band consists of guitar, drums, bass, and keys. At our traditional service, we sing the great hymns of the church and hear our Chancel Choir, as well as other special music.

Do my kids sit with me? At Elevate, although your kids are welcome to worship with you, we also have our nursery and KINGDOM KIDS available. In both services, we offer a nursery for birth - age 5.

What is the overall environment like? Our sincere desire is to make you feel welcome at LCC. If you are a guest, we hope that after one visit you'll say, "I may not understand everything about faith, but I'd like to come back next week."

ELEVATE BAND

Our amazing worship band for our Elevate Service is hell-bent on sharing God's radical grace and Jesus' scandalous love! We strive to make sense of God's radical love for people, regardless of their background. Keep it simple! We're for people who grew up in their parents judgmental churches, for people that think they have to be worthy of God's love and a relationship with Him so they run because they don't want to be judged (they are tired of it!). We’re a community that teaches the unconditional love of Jesus, teaches that Jesus wants you NOW not when you are "worthy."

Chancel Choir

If you love to sing hymns, spirituals, classical music, and traditional Christmas music, we are always looking for new members for our Chancel Choir and our Folk Group - a casual group who enjoy singing gospel songs.

We rehearse on Wednesday evenings at 6:30.

We are a diverse, fun bunch of folks who love worshipping through song, and there is no musical experience necessary!
